1. hi justspin approved my widrawal and i got 3 emails from them saying that my withrawal is paid out. after 4 days i ask the contact support how long will it take the money to arrive in my bank and there i found out that justspin cancelled my withrawal for 20,000nok without saying any reason and put the money back in my justspin account. and that is unacceptable. no reason for them to do that action after they confirmed that its approved and paid

   2. i have had the same problem although mine was only 300 i am still yet to see it they keep asking for verification of my debit card as it doesnt have a name on it most dont in canada i sent them a letter from my bank as well as 2 printed documents from my online banking showing the card is linked to my already verified account and they just keep saying thats not good enough i have asked for a supervisor or management for 8 days now and no one will help me as well they did they whole cancele withdrawl on day 3 to me too
