My balance was £1800 when I cleared wagering. If I get my money I won’t ever play there again. Customer support can’t tell me what is outstanding and how long it is likely to take. I understand they require certain information, which I have provided but they should be able to tell me what the hold up is.

What I’m finding frustrating is their verification process has taken, so far over 10 days and counting. I can’t get a straight answer to a straight question from customer services and it doesn’t inspire confidence in this platform. I can guarantee that when they eventually come back to me, they will require further information and it will probably take 3 weeks to withdraw this relatively small amount of money. I have been reading a number of reviews on this site and others and this seems like a common problem. I totally understand the need for account verification but why can other companies do it within hours.
I have been impressed with the information on your site but I do think that you should highlight the fact the the withdrawal process is a nightmare.

AVOID THIS SITE
I have been waiting over 3 weeks to withdraw £20, which isn’t actually my winnings it’s my initial deposit. I decided not to play this site as they charge you to deposit money. I understand that there is a legal obligation to be compliant but over 3 weeks to still not know what is going on and if whether there is actual a problem.
I have emailed and contacted customer support 7 or 8 times to be told that my verification is being dealt with and I would be contacted. I haven’t been contacted so I have no idea what is going on.
